Pope prays people die.
Its called a nine day death Novena. This particular Novena of doom started last Friday when Pope Francis sent up prayers and a telegram to the President of Egypt on the deaths of EgyptAir flight MS804 in which 66 souls perished.
Here's how it works:
1. Disaster takes place somewhere in the world
2. Pope takes notice & sends up prayers & a telegram
3. More deaths occur a half a world away
4. Pope sends up prayers & another telegram
5. More deaths take place...etc...
The death novena lasts about nine days.
Once the death and destruction is complete...all is quiet for awhile....and then....and then...and then....and then......anD ThEn!
