The Italian company that made the "Resurrexifix" for Pope Francis has mining concerns in Argentina & Honduras and prides itself on its "Ethical Jewelry" or no dirty gold as in blood diamonds etc....

Its all corporate PR or BS - you, as an American customer will of course pay a premium for ethical jewelry or for "clean" gold (no dirty gold) and your girlfriend will love you all the more if you show her just how much you care about the treatment of the modern day slaves digging for gold - you know - the same modern day slaves that panned for the gold on the Honduran Guayape River in order to make the anti-crucifix.

 And just what kind of expression of faith is this work suppose to give? From a distance look:
