Haiti protesters call for President Moise to step down
The recent price hike - which has been scrapped - was the last straw for Haitians who have been struggling with poverty for years.
Haitians have been cleaning debris from the streets of the capital following days of violent protests over fuel price hikes. Businesses were looted and dozens of buildings burned in unrest that saw at least four protesters killed. And even though the price increase was scrapped, people still want President Jovenel Moise to step down. Source
