Before Babylon was destroyed - the Guardian Angels of Babylon said to themselves - Lets each one of us go back to our own Nations. Some think that this was said by the Jews before they went back to Jerusalem but the Church Fathers say that this was spoken by the Guardian Angels of Babylon and not the Jews because the Jews have only one Nation, but each of the Angels were Guardians for a particular Nation but were commanded by God to protect Babylon - so at one time Babylon had many Guardian Angels not just one, So this Scripture is proof that Guardian Angels of a Nation can and do Forsake a Nation just before that Nation is punished by God.
